I’m going to admit to being a dolt and say I don’t know these guys. I can hear their influence on your music though and early This Providence. If you expanded on how they were a turning point for you I might just go listen to more of their stuff.
I got the new Hit The Lights CD today and they thank you in the liner notes

I think this was a landmark cd for the genre in general. This, No Love, Shorty, all of the songs are great. RIP TGUK
