ap.net chat
Alright guys, here’s the deal. I’ll be chatting on AP.net tomorrow at 6pm PST. I’ll have a few friends, whose presence you should enjoy, to fill in for the lack of bushy-tailed bandmates. Now here’s the thing. I’ve checked out a few of their chats before, and it always bums me out when the band only stays for a little bit. I will be there til the bitter end! I want the chat to be epic! I will be as honest and candid as I possibly can without harming any relations I care about. So ask anything you like and I will tell you straight-up how I feel. So set those DVRs to record the new Office and 30 Rock eps cuz we’re chatting all night!
Oh. I’ll also be discussing this…
razia’s shadow: the instrumentals
The instrumental version of Razia’s Shadow is available now for download in The FBR Webstore for $6.99 (coming to iTunes shortly). It’s a pretty cool way to enjoy the album. There’s tons of little gems you could never hear on the retail version. Let’s see your best Adakias and Doctor impressions!
fbr+
There’s a cool video up on FBRplus.com with acoustic performances of some Razia’s songs and an interview with me discussing the album. Ch-ch-check it out!

MY NEW JOB! (p.s. sorry for the lack of updates… tour has been hectic!)
So my good friend (and Forgive Durden producer) Casey Bates has started a new company called The Mixing Station, and he’s brought me on as his engineer. The company is an idea Casey and I have talked a lot about. It gives smaller, unsigned bands the opportunity for high-quality mixes without paying an arm and a leg at a local studio. The site went live today and we’ve already got a great response. To get the ball rolling, songs will be $200 a pop. Check the site out. I honestly wish there was something like this around when I was recording demos and trying to get my band signed. We are going to make it very easy for anyone with some desire and chops to have some amazing-sounding tracks. Shoot us an email with any questions!
